Prysmian Group in Battleboro, NC is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor who will oversee inventory levels, cycle counts, and material flow across departments, using SAP and ERP/WMS systems.

You will partner with Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Quality to drive accuracy, cost control, and continuous improvement, leveraging Lean/Six Sigma practices and a strong data analysis mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Certification in inventory or supply chain management (CPIM/CSCP) preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and data analysis for reporting.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
• Oversee receiving, storage, movement, and distribution of materials.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and cost control.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies.
• Track, analyze, and report on inventory metrics and accuracy.
• Train and support teams on inventory processes and SAP usage.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Quality.
