Zusammenfassung

Pinnacle Percission Sheet Metal is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory management across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in inventory management, inventory control, or related field.
• Experience managing international inventory operations and global suppliers.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with inventory cycles and audits.
• Experience with ERP implementations, tool enhancements, or process improvements.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred.

• Oversee daily inventory control operations across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Establish and maintain inventory control systems and procedures for accuracy and accountability.
• Monitor inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies to keep records accurate.
• Plan and conduct physical inventory counts, cycles, audits, and reconciliations.
• Investigate variances, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Planning for material availability.
• Monitor WIP and finished goods to support material flow and production needs.
• Develop and improve forecasting, replenishment, and optimization processes.
• Identify strategies to reduce excess or obsolete inventory while maintaining levels.
• Oversee receiving, storage, movement, picking, and tracking of materials.
• Ensure ERP balances reconcile with system records and investigate discrepancies.
