1X is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in San Carlos/Hayward to oversee global inventory accuracy across manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will design scalable processes, lead a team, and provide visibility to production, finance, and supply chain decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory control or related fields, advanced Excel, and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Odoo). You’ll drive continuous improvement and partner across functions to optimize inventory flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing ops with team leadership.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and variance investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Odoo).
• Experience building reports/dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory control across manufacturing and warehouse ops, building scalable processes.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Inventory Control Analysts.
• Deliver inventory health reporting and KPI dashboards for production and finance.
• Reduce discrepancies through root-cause analysis and standard methods.
• Collaborate with functions to optimize inventory flow and support ECOs.
