Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience; 3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory, team lead, or functional leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing inventory data, monitoring inventory performance, and supporting corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory management tools.

Aufgaben

• Direct, control, and maintain inventory levels across NA facilities and warehouses.
• Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team.
• Monitor KPIs for scrapped, aged, obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving inventory.
• Oversee month-end reconciliations for finished goods and raw materials.
• Plan annual physical inventory activities.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
