Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in inventory management, inventory control, materials management, or a related field.
• Experience managing international inventory operations and global suppliers.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with physical counts, cycle counts, and audits.
• Experience supervising inventory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory control across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Establish and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
• Coordinates with Purchasing, Production, Planning for material availability.
• Lead physical counts, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Monitor KPI related to accuracy, turns, and variance.
• Train and develop inventory staff.
