Advanced Charging Technologies, Inc. in Fountain Valley, CA seeks a proactive Inventory Controls Manager to own the inventory control function within our manufacturing environment.

You will manage receipts, cycle counts, audits, and the ERP module for inventory control, while coordinating with procurement, production planning and warehouse teams to drive accuracy and reduce variances. Light travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control or materials management in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Proven track record owning receipts, cycle counting, audits, and variance reconciliation.
• Strong ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Self-starter with strong organization and independent work capability.
• Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end inventory control lifecycle including receipts, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Manage ERP module for inventory control and ensure accurate item masters and location setup.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for inventory control processes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement, production planning, operations, and warehouse.
• Lead inventory control staff (if applicable) and train team on cycle counting and audits.
• Produce regular reporting and dashboards on inventory health and risks.
• Support supplier alignment with occasional vendor visits.
