Job summary

Pinnacle Precision Sheet Metal Corp in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee material flow and inventory accuracy across the full supply chain. You will manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, implement controls, and partner with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Accounting to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive inventory experience in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive inventory management or related experience.
Experience managing international inventory operations and manufacturing environments.
Lean/continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily inventory control operations across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Establish, implement, and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Sales, and Accounting.
Plan and oversee physical counts, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
Develop KPIs and drive improvements in inventory turns, accuracy, and cost control.
Supervise and coach inventory staff to ensure adherence to SOPs.
