Job summary

Soleil Collective is seeking an Inventory and COGS Accounting Senior Manager to own global inventory and COGS, standard costing, landed costs, and reserves across three brands and six markets. You will lead two direct reports and shape processes in NetSuite following a recent ERP go-live, driving accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on standard costing in a live multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• 7+ years accounting experience in consumer goods, retail or e-commerce.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification preferred.
• Experience with cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Experience across jurisdictions and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own standard cost model across brands and entities in NetSuite.
• Oversee landed cost accounting end to end with purchasing and logistics.
• Monitor variance to standard and explain COGS and margin movements.
• Oversee inventory reconciliation, valuations, and reserves.
• Maintain inventory integrity and resolve discrepancies at source.
• Oversee channel transaction accounting for Shopify, Amazon, Shopee.
• Analyze 3PL costs and freight economics by lane and channel.
• Review cost changes with procurement and logistics; quantify margin impact.
• Oversee AP for production and logistics; align to production timelines.
• Lead close activities and improve processes toward one source of truth.
• Develop SOPs and prepare audit-ready documentation.
