Accrue Partners leads a growing consumer products client in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role provides hands-on leadership over day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, GL management, month-end close, and US GAAP compliance across multiple channels and systems.

You will direct inventory, cost accounting, and revenue recognition while owning NetSuite, strengthening internal controls, and driving workflow improvements.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading an accounting function and managing a team.
• Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, inventory management, and cost accounting.
• Experience in a manufacturing or product-based business and hands-on NetSuite experience.

This position offers hands‑on leadership over day‑to‑day accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, month‑end close, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. You will lead inventory, cost accounting, and revenue recognition processes across multiple sales channels and operational systems, while also owning accounting systems and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen internal controls, and streamline financial reporting. The role involves partnering with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights, resolve accounting challenges, and support business decisions, as well as leading accounting‑related process improvements and audit preparation.

The client seeks a leader with 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience leading an accounting function and managing a team in a growing organization. You should have strong technical accounting expertise, particularly in U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, month‑end close, inventory management, and cost accounting, along with experience in a manufacturing or product‑based business.
