Job summary

Nscale, a global AI infrastructure company, seeks a Specialist, Internal Communications to help run how the organization communicates with its employees as we scale across Europe and North America.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you will manage channels, newsletters, intranet updates, and company-wide events. This hands-on role offers broad responsibilities and requires strong writing, project management, and collaboration across executives and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, events or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills: you can run several workstreams at once, keep them on schedule and close the loop.

Responsibilities

• Manage approvals for company-wide email, ensuring Send meets standards before going out.
• Handle requests for Slack channels and email distribution lists, keeping them organized and up to date.
• Act as first point of contact for teams needing communications support and route requests accordingly.
• Pull together the company newsletter each week with contributors across the business.
• Keep intranet accurate and current with company news, team pages and resources.
• Support communications for company-wide rollouts and changes, including guides, FAQs and reminders.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for All Hands, fireside chats and other moments.
• Work with speakers, executives assistants and AV/events partners to run events smoothly.
• Track follow-ups and actions after each event.
• Keep the editorial calendar and request tracking up to date.
• Pull together reporting on communications performance (e.g., newsletter open rates).
• Provide support across the team during peak moments.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and document workflows.
