Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to shape how leaders communicate with employees, customers, partners and media. Based in New York City with a hybrid schedule, you will generate content across channels and lead global campaigns to inform and engage audiences.

You will champion change, distill complex topics into clear messages, and leverage video and design tools. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in internal comms, strong writing, and experience leading global

Qualifications

• 10+ years internal communications or relevant experience.
• Aptitude for creative storytelling and connection to business priorities.
• Background leading change within a matrixed organization.
• Experience developing and executing impactful global campaigns.
• Strong writing skills with a nose for news; reporter/journalism background a plus.
• Ability to distill complex content and concepts into simple, sticky messages/graphics.
• Strong experience with video editing, AI tools and graphic design software.
• Data-led approach to communications; experience managing content calendars and data dashboards.
• Professional, collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Global work experience or communications agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to the VP of Internal Communications and be based in NYC (hybrid, three days a week).
• Generate content for internal and external channels and repurpose across formats (intranet article, video, press release, infographic).
• Lead internal change initiatives and advise stakeholders on implications of changes.
• Manage global campaigns from ideation to execution to boost awareness and engagement.
• Lead company-wide programming like Global All-Hands and AMA events and improve participation.
