Job summary

Nubank seeks a senior leader to own global branding, creative standards, and talent development. You will drive cross-market guidelines, establish hiring bars, and build scalable AI-assisted tooling for consistent quality across regions.

You will lead the Creative Center of Excellence, shape brand foundations, and mentor senior creatives while collaborating with Brazil-based leadership to raise the craft bar company-wide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative or brand leadership with multi-market impact.
• Experience building career ladders, review processes, and hiring bars.
• Agency or in-house creative director background; fintech context helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own leveling, career paths, and seniority across the creative org globally.
• Set hiring bar for creative talent in every market and recruit leaders.
• Build AI-assisted tooling to scale quality with limited headcount.
• Run a structured creative review cadence across markets and leadership.
• Push creative direction toward earned media and long-form content.
• Oversee Brand Foundations and Creative Center of Excellence and Production.
