Job summary

Bloomberg’s Communications team builds belief in Bloomberg across the organization by helping leaders and employees understand priorities, and how work contributes to business goals. This role focuses on internal communications, drafting leadership messages, talking points and presentations for senior leaders.

You’ll translate complex topics into clear, accessible content, collaborate with Product, Data & Technology and other teams, and manage multiple priorities with discretion and judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for senior leaders and diverse audiences.
• Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging communications.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-team projects.
• Demonstrated storytelling ability across formats and channels.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit leadership messages, talking points, presentations and employee communications.
• Help leaders communicate complex topics clearly and in their voice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to move projects from planning to execution.
• Develop communications plans for key priorities and initiatives.
• Turn technical subjects into accessible content for employees.
• Write internal stories and support town halls and programs.
