Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Platform Integrity Manager (STARLINK) to detect, disrupt and investigate abuse while protecting customer privacy. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, expert investigative techniques and proactive mitigation of illicit activity.

The position is based in Bastrop, TX, onsite with travel up to 15%. You will own deployment of solutions, engage with stakeholders, and help ensure trust and compliance across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations.
• 6+ years with data querying languages (SQL), scripting (Python), geospatial tools (ArcGIS), or statistics (R).
• 6+ years investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity).
• 3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes, technology, or other areas to improve customer integrity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and deploy solutions to priority risks with stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and expert areas.
• Establish yourself as an expert in investigative techniques and abuse prevention.
• Reactively investigate scams, fraud, illicit goods and activities.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Balance customer privacy with enforcement and risk reduction.
