Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking an AWS Industry Field Enablement Lead to partner with AWSI field teams, delivering data-driven insights and high-velocity enablement to accelerate revenue and field productivity.

You will drive end-to-end enablement strategy, partner with global and local stakeholders, and measure impact on ramp time, pipeline, and win rates. Arlington-based role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with field stakeholders, matrixed field leadership, and enablement counterparts worldwide
• Provide forward-looking guidance and proactively align enablement initiatives with business priorities
• Bring a customer-centric, strategic lens to every engagement, ensuring the AWS field is equipped to win
• Translate business priorities and customer requirements into sales productivity and readiness plans
• Own execution end-to-end across matrixed functions and stakeholders
• Define and implement success metrics for enablement initiatives
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to tailor and enhance enablement initiatives
• Secure senior leadership commitment and drive adoption of prioritized initiatives
