Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Field Enablement Lead for AWS Industries to partner with field teams, deliver insights, and drive revenue acceleration. You will act as a trusted advisor, align enablement initiatives with priorities, and scale enablement across a global matrixed environment.

You will own end-to-end enablement plans, leverage CoEs, monitor ramp time and win rates, and drive adoption of prioritized initiatives with senior leadership support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business/technical field or related discipline.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures or policies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with field stakeholders and enablement counterparts.
• Translate business priorities into actionable enablement plans and roadmaps.
• Define success metrics and report progress to leadership on a regular cadence.
