Responsibilities

• Expand global revenue across North America, Europe and Asia through enterprise sales and dealer networks.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing 10-person global sales team.
• Bridge operations and sales, collaborating with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Finance to align growth with capacity, ERP routing and BOMs.
• Be the face of the brand, building executive customer relationships worldwide.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to engage partners and close deals.
