Job summary

Edison Smart® seeks a commercially driven Industrial Sales Manager to grow our North American customer base and develop new market opportunities. Lead the sales strategy, close deals, and expand key accounts across North America.

The role requires 10+ years in industrial B2B sales, 3+ years in leadership, and strong technical knowledge across electrical, power, automation or energy solutions. Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in industrial, electrical or technical B2B sales.
• 3+ years' experience in sales leadership or team management.
• Proven success developing territories and winning new customers.
• Technical knowledge across electrical, power, automation, controls or energy solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American sales strategy.
• Win new business and expand existing strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with industrial, engineering and executive stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Develop pipeline, forecasts and revenue growth plans.
