You will build and lead a global BD team, drive pipeline, and deepen executive relationships with enterprise cybersecurity, Big Law, and cyber insurance partners. Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience across cybersecurity, incident response, cyber insurance, or legal services.
• Proven ability to build growth strategies and generate pipeline and revenue.
• Experience developing senior relationships across enterprise cybersecurity and related sectors.
• Experience building new markets, channels, and business lines.
• Experience managing pipeline targets, forecasts, and performance.
• Knowledge of the cyber incident lifecycle and its commercial ecosystem.
• Ability to convert executive relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Ability to operate across complex, matrixed organizations with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of business development, relationship, and channel managers.
• Define and execute a growth strategy for DFIR in the U.S. and Europe.
• Develop account strategies, set performance expectations, and operating rhythms.
