Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Global Incident Response Business Development Leader to define and execute growth strategies for DFIR in the U.S. and Europe.

You will collaborate with IR, sales, and cyber leadership to accelerate revenue, expand the retainer portfolio, and build a diverse pipeline with Big Law, cyber insurance, and strategic partners. The role leads a global BD team and drives priorities, account strategies, and performance metrics to convert relationships into retainers and revenue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, strategic partnerships, cybersecurity, IR, cyber insurance, or legal services.
• Experience leading and developing business development, sales, relationship management, or channel teams in US and Europe.
• Experience building growth strategies that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building senior relationships across enterprise cybersecurity, Big Law, cyber insurance, strategic partnerships, or IR.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for Booz Allen's commercial IR business.
• Lead and develop a global team of BD, relationship, and channel managers.
• Drive a comprehensive BD strategy focused on accelerating revenue growth and expanding IR retainer portfolio.
• Position Booz Allen as a preferred IR provider and trusted first call during cyber crises.
