Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Global Incident Response Business Development Leader to define and execute the growth strategy for DFIR across the U.S. and Europe.

You will build and lead a global BD team, develop senior relationships with enterprise cybersecurity, law, and insurance partners, and drive revenue through strategic retainers and partnerships. In this role you will collaborate with IR, sales, and cyber leadership to accelerate pipeline, establish priorities, and position Booz Allen

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, strategic partnerships, cybersecurity, IR, cyber insurance, or legal services.
• Experience leading BD, sales, relationship management, or channel teams across U.S. and European markets.
• Experience building growth strategies that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Experience developing senior relationships across enterprise cybersecurity, Big Law, cyber insurance, strategic partnerships, or IR.
• Experience building new markets, channels, partnerships, or business lines.
• Experience managing pipeline targets, forecasts, account strategies, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for DFIR in U.S. and European markets.
• Lead and develop a global team of BD, relationship, and channel managers.
• Convert relationships into retainers, referrals, and revenue.
• Position Booz Allen as a preferred IR provider before incidents occur.
