Job summary

The role leads a global BD team of relationship and channel managers, sets priorities, and drives measurable outcomes from executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or related fields (cybersecurity/IR)
• Experience leading BD, sales, or channel teams across US and Europe
• Ability to convert executive relationships into measurable commercial outcomes

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for DFIR in the U.S. and European markets.
• Lead and develop a global team of BD, relationship, and channel managers.
• Grow Booz Allen's IR retainer portfolio, expand pipeline and revenue, and build cross-functional collaboration across leadership.
