Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Eight years of experience in product development, engineering or commercialization with project leadership in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead key Divisional NPI programs with cross-functional teams to deliver new products.
• Collaborate with management, stakeholders, and project team to refine scope and develop plans.
• Create a culture of collaboration, teamwork and success with the team, customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor current and future team leaders; conduct training in project leadership skills as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve NPI processes and accelerate launches.
