You will monitor shipments, manage freight costs, resolve delays, and provide visibility through tracking systems.

This role requires strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and the capacity to work in a hybrid on-site/friday remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional coordination.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Track inbound shipments and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery between discharge points and destinations.
• Oversee scorecards for ocean carriers, drayage providers, customs brokers, and terminal operators.
• Address delays, accessorial charges, and equipment issues across freight interchange.
• Assess inbound drayage and warehouse receiving capacity to support planning.
• Reconcile inbound records, perform system checks, and manage freight cost calculations.
• Update tracking systems and provide daily status reports for shipment visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes and train on terminal operations.
