Job summary

Jazwares is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise picking, receiving and replenishment, and organize outgoing orders to maintain accuracy.

You will coach staff, enforce safety programs, maintain equipment, and collaborate with management to drive performance across multiple sites, ensuring high standards and efficiency in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience with 0–3 years leadership.
• Forklift certification and current standing is required.
• Able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and warehouse processes.
• Fluent reading and writing skills; dependable and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations and lead a team.
• Assign daily work and supervise picking, receiving, and replenishment.
• Organize outgoing orders and verify accuracy.
• Identify areas for improvement and update procedures.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs.
• Maintain visibility on the warehouse floor and coach staff.
• Resolve cross-departmental issues and coordinate with area manager.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS functions.
• Lead by example; train, mentor, and motivate staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
