Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• 0–3 years of leadership experience.
• Forklift Certification required and current.
• Proficient communication skills across organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and labor. Allocate staff to areas of need.
• Monitor and report metrics; maintain cost controls.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure smooth processes.
• Identify gaps and drive efficiencies and accuracy.
• Develop leads and hourly staff for career growth.
• Ensure orders meet deadlines and containers are managed correctly.
