Job summary

Jazwares is seeking an experienced Inbound Logistics Specialist to coordinate and monitor inbound freight across a global supply chain. You will work with drayage providers, receiving sites, and internal teams to manage complex freight movements, troubleshoot delays, and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management with at least 5 years in international logistics
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities with data-driven problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional leadership
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in ambiguous environments
• Flexibility to learn new processes and adapt to changing industry standards

Responsibilities

• Track inbound shipments and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery between discharge points and final destinations
• Maintain relationships and oversee scorecard management for ocean carriers, drayage providers, brokers, and terminal operators
• Address delays, accessorial charges, and equipment issues across freight interchange
• Assess inbound drayage and warehouse receiving capacity for capacity planning
• Reconcile inbound records, perform system checks, and manage freight costs
• Update tracking systems and provide daily status reports for shipment visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes and training on terminal operations
