Responsibilities

• Accurately review, enter, and validate standard orders in our systems and track status to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with Sales, Procurement, Merchandising, and Logistics to resolve basic order issues; escalate complex delays as needed.
• Maintain clear records, reports, and documentation while learning core business processes.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in order entry.
