Job summary

Orly-Corp. is seeking an experienced Imports & Logistics Associate Manager to coordinate international shipments from overseas factories through final delivery to our U.S. warehouses, leveraging strong import logistics and ocean freight knowledge.

You will work with overseas factories, freight partners, and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule, ensure accurate documentation, and resolve delays proactively, while using AMT or similar ERP systems and Excel to maintain records.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in import logistics, international shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight, import documentation, vessel bookings, container shipments, and warehouse delivery coordination.
• Experience with overseas factories, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Proficiency in Excel and AMT or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end import shipments from factory readiness and vessel bookings to customs documentation and final warehouse delivery.
• Partner with overseas factories, freight forwarders, trucking companies, and warehouses for timely shipment execution.
• Manage DDPW shipments, including documentation, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor vessel schedules, container movements, and warehouse delivery timelines to identify delays and resolve them.
• Maintain shipment records, import purchase orders, and delivery data in AMT or other ERP systems.
• Communicate shipment updates, risks, and revised timelines to Production, Sales, and other teams.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and coordinate solutions to meet customer delivery commitments.
