STM Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Import & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end supply chain, international freight, and local operations for our OFC, Data Center (DC) & Connectivity business.

The role oversees cross-border shipments from STL facilities and external vendors, including customs clearance, inbound GRN, and outbound deliveries. You will ensure compliance with customs tariffs, HS codes, and telecom licenses, coordinate with sales, finance, and operations, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on import/export logistics experience.
• Deep knowledge of local customs procedures, tariffs, and Incoterms 2020.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, Word, and customs/logistics portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; vendor negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage import documentation and ensure accurate shipments.
• Coordinate shipments from internal facilities and external vendors/OEMs.
• Oversee customs brokers and freight forwarders for timely clearance.
• Coordinate inbound receipts and billing handoffs with Finance.
