Job summary

OnBoard Logistics in Miami is seeking an Import Operations Coordinator to support and execute daily logistics activities across all transportation modes, including ocean, air, ground, import, and export. You will ensure timely, accurate cargo movement and maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes documentation, shipment tracking, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3 years or more of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes across ocean, air, ground, and import/export operations.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational ability and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional and effective communication skills across all levels and mediums (phone, email, systems).
Ability to interact with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams professionally.
Ability to follow company policies and understand the impact of operational decisions.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational data-entry systems.
Strong judgment and the ability to make timely and sound decisions
