Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse or shipping operations, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Some travel may be required to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping and receiving experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven mathematical skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Proven knowledge and proficiency in reporting tools such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint sufficient to create communication documents and basic financial reports.
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export customs and shipping activities with documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Track containers, document vessel delays, and verify container history and per diem.
• Coordinate fumigation and inspections with government agencies and provide required documentation.
• Liaise with customs brokers to arrange deliveries and pickups, coordinate schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain logs and create container documentation for operations and billing.
• Travel may be required for business purposes.
