• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and vendors to resolve shipment issues and delays
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers
• Ensure compliance with all import regulations and company policies
• Assist in the resolution of claims related to damaged or lost cargo
• Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ocean import processes
