Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience handling imports (air and/or ocean) or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of US customs laws, practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with CargoWise (C1) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import documents for air and ocean shipments.
• Track bookings, update customers on status, and collect PODs.
• Bill and invoice files with attention to payment terms.
• Coordinate with vendors and overseas offices on payables.
• Provide accurate cost forecasts and manage payables/receivables.
• Maintain compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Communicate with customers and provide responsive service.
