Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import operations, customs entry processing, or freight forwarding.
• Working knowledge of air and ocean import processes and U.S. import regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of air and ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and process import documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs-related documents.
• Process customs entries and ensure documentation data are accurate and timely.
• Review entry details, classifications, and CBP requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and clearance requirements.
• Distribute and coordinate with carriers and government agencies to ensure on-time cargo clearance.
