Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in ocean/air imports and supervisory roles highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee importation of goods by ocean and air for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure seamless service.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors and service providers to optimize cargo delivery.
• Address customer inquiries promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations; monitor import controls.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce costs and boost satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, report on cargo delivery times, costs and service quality.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
