Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, SCM, business or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years in air/ocean import operations with 2-3 years in management.
• Experience managing a control tower or similar function is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all import operations including booking, docs, customs clearance and tracking.
• Ensure timely processing of import shipments in compliance with regs and client needs.
• Lead and mentor import specialists and control tower staff to meet goals.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
