Job summary

Responsibilities include carrier selection, bookings, compliance with regulations, and cross‑department collaboration to drive timely, cost‑effective service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field.
• Air imports experience and supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee air import operations, including carrier selection and booking.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and related regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and service providers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs like delivery times, costs, and quality.
• Develop and implement efficiency and quality improvements.
