Job summary

OnBoard Logistics in Miami is seeking an Import Operations Coordinator to support and execute daily logistics activities across all transportation modes, including ocean, air, ground, import, and export. You will ensure timely, accurate cargo movement and maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes documentation, shipment tracking, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Position: Import Operations Coordinator

Location: USA, Miami, FL 1375 NW 129TH, Avenue, Suite 100, MIA 33182, MIAMI, USA.

SUMMARY

The Import Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing daily logistics activities across all modes of transportation, including ocean, air, ground, import, and export. This role ensures the timely, accurate, and compliant movement of cargo while maintaining strong communication with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments. The Import Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, completing documentation, tracking shipments, and delivering excellent service.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Maritime and Port Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• Hazmat Certification, IATA Certified Professional Training (CTP), and/or Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) CargoWise experience highly preferred, certification preferred.
