Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Import/Export Specialist (Manufacturing) to manage domestic and international shipments, enter orders accurately, and coordinate freight via ground and air services. You'll work with customers, distributors and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing shipping documents, communicating requirements to carriers, and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in import/export operations or logistics.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international import/export regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Receive and process unit and parts orders from customers, sales, distributors, and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via ground and air freight.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Identify and resolve shipment issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
