Expeditors in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth freight processes and accurate data entry across our operating systems. You will track and trace Import shipments, coordinate with customers, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to meet service standards.

The role emphasizes compliance with OPS and customer policies, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with air/ocean documentation is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter data accurately into our operating system.
• Track and trace import files as required.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers (airlines, carriers).
• Meet KPI standards and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Oversee timely billing to customers and service providers.
