Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or minimum 1 year of shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage records of incoming and outgoing shipments by coordinating acceptance, delivery, and storage.
• Resolve issues related to damages, shortages, and nonconformance with carriers and customers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents including bills of lading and shipping orders.
• Record shipment data and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Provide support in warehouse operations and related duties as needed.
