SNF Holding Company in Riceboro, GA is seeking an Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to manage international orders and coordinate logistics processes. You will work with brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include order coordination, rate management updates, and collaboration across Supply Chain to reduce delays and costs while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics, trucking, and ocean freight experience.
• Experience with multimodal logistics (bulk trucking, bulk rail, van, flatbed, LTL, intermodal).
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage international orders and logistics processes to SOP timelines.
• Coordinate dispatching, tracking, shipment bookings, and documentation with brokers and carriers.
• Process import/export documents and ensure accuracy for customs clearance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time shipments.
• Audit invoices for contract pricing, storage, and demurrage charges; liaise with AP to resolve issues.
• Develop relationships with external freight agents, partners, and internal teams.
• Support contract reviews, negotiations, and RFPs with data collection and analysis.
