Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of international export or logistics experience.
• Experience with ocean/air freight and drayage operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs compliance.
• Experience using ERP systems and transportation management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments, including documentation and tracking.
• Manage international orders via ocean and air carriers.
• Enter shipment data in ERP and update schedules.
• Prepare and distribute shipment documentation to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle schedule changes and exceptions.
• Coordinate with carriers and forwarders to resolve delays and customs issues.
• Audit invoices for accuracy prior to payment.
• Research freight discrepancies and minimize costs.
