Job summary

Peachtree Playthings is seeking an Import & Operations Coordinator to support international supply chain, order management, inventory, and logistics. The role coordinates movement of products from overseas suppliers to U.S.

facilities and major retailers, requiring high accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities. This position offers growth in international trade and multi-channel retail distribution, with collaboration across internal teams, foreign offices, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field; plus relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.
• Process and monitor EDI transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders with overseas office (Hong Kong).
• Monitor inventory levels, order status, and fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate with Sales to support customer order requirements and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to improve accuracy and efficiency.
