Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process documents (e.g., classification, commercial invoices) ensuring all copies are correct and in order.
• Process customs entries and verify release details; address discrepancies promptly.
• Receive and track customer bookings/shipments, update status, dispatch for delivery, collect PODs and invoices.
• Bill/Invoice each file according to payment terms; reconcile payables with vendors and overseas offices.
• Assist sales and managers in compiling quotes and provide accurate job costing forecasts.
• Provide responsive customer service and maintain communication with truckers during delivery.
