Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in air/ocean import operations in freight forwarding
• 1–2 years supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Cargowise (C1) experience is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily workflow of Ocean and Air Import teams
• Ensure timely processing of documentation and system updates
• Support rate quoting and shipment coordination with overseas offices
• Assist with vendor coordination and escalate service issues
• Maintain open communication with customers and resolve issues as they arise
