Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of import operations, including booking, docs, customs clearance.
• Ensure timely processing of import shipments per regs and customer needs.
• Lead and motivate a team of import specialists and control tower operators.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Serve as primary client contact for shipments and logistics updates.
