Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience with international sourcing.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms, landed cost analysis, and customs docs.
• Advanced Excel; SAP or ERP experience; supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead international sourcing decisions based on demand forecasts, lead times and cost targets.
• Issue purchase orders; negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with global suppliers.
• Monitor trade regulations, tariffs and customs compliance; update sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with logistics to schedule, track and adjust international shipments.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective actions or alternate sourcing as needed.
• Analyze purchasing data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning and Operations to align procurement with business goals.
• Propose process improvements in purchasing and supply chain workflows.
