Verizon seeks a Major Deal Pursuit Leader to drive the sales process for large ICT engagements, creating profitable pipelines and closing multi‑million dollar deals. You will direct cross‑functional teams, negotiate with executives, and manage delivery across global client programs.

The role is flexible to Verizon locations, with up to 75% travel expected. A Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in outsourcing, out-tasking, and/or off-shoring negotiations/deals.
• Line/matrix management experience with significant (30 or more) multi-function teams e.g. legal, bid management, commercial, operations etc.
• Experience in leading and closing at least one complex network integration deal with TCV of twenty five million dollars or more, involving at least two or more of the following: people/asset transfer, contract innovations, partner services, and multi-country requirements, and/or leading, implementing, and operationally managed similar transactions as the end-user.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% or less.
• A valid Driver’s License.
